Directorate Change

Further to the Board changes announced on 11 March 2015, Cineworld Group Plc announces the following additional proposed change which will take effect from the Annual General Meeting of the Company due to be held on 26 May 2015 ("AGM"):

·  The Company will be proposing the appointment of another new Non-Executive Director, Alicja Kornasiewicz, at the Company's AGM.  Her appointment will be subject to shareholder approval.

Alicja Kornasiewicz is currently a Managing Director and Head of CEE for Morgan Stanley & Co, International PLC.  She brings extensive Central and Eastern Europe financial and political experience to the Board. Previously, Alicja has held executive management roles at UniCredit Bank throughout the region and was also Secretary of State for the Ministry of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, a role she held from 1997 to 2000. She was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Pekao S.A. from 2011 to 2012.

There is no other information required to be disclosed under listing Rule 9.6.13R.
