Change of Director's Details

Cineworld Group plc today ('Cineworld' or 'the Company') announces that Israel Greidinger, currently Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer as the Board has concluded that this new title is more appropriate for his role in the Company.

This change in title is effective immediately; all other terms and conditions of Israel Greidinger's employment remain the same.
