Şirketimizin 12 Kasım 2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında belirtilen, Mersin Fabrikası'nda CAC (Kalsiyum Alüminat Çimento) tesisi kapasite artırımı için yatırım yapılması konusunda Çevresel Etki Değerlendirmesi İzin ve Denetim Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından "'ÇED Gerekli Değildir" kararı verilmiş olup Mühendislik, Satınalma ve  ve İnşaat Sözleşmesi çerçevesinde yatırıma başlanmıştır. 66 bin ton klinker üretim kapasitesine sahip yeni tesisimizin devreye girmesiyle birlikte, mevcut üretim kapasitemiz %50 artarak toplam 197 bin tona ulaşacaktır. Yeni tesisimizin 2026 yılının ilk yarısı içerisinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Son teknolojilerle verimlilik odaklı inşa edilecek yeni CAC tesisi Şirketimizin ihracat pazarlarında büyüme ve katma değerli ürün gamını genişletme hedeflerine hizmet edecektir.

As stated in our Company's material event disclosure dated November 12, 2024, the Directorate General of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit, and Inspection has issued a 'No Environmental Impact Assessment Required' decision regarding our investment plan to increase the capacity of the CAC (Calcium Aluminate Cement) at our Mersin plant. Following this decision, the investment has commenced within the framework of EPC. With the commissioning of our new facility, which has a clinker production capacity of 66 thousands tons, our existing production capacity will increase by 50%, reaching a total of 197 thousands tons. New facility is expected to be completed by the first half of 2026.

The new CAC facility, to be constructed with the latest technologies and a focus on efficiency, will support our Company's goals of growing in export markets and expanding its portfolio of value-added products.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
