In continuation to our letter dated 12[th] May, 2021 for submission of Annual Report 2020-21 we inform the Exchange that the Company in the Annual Report 2020-21 has inadvertently mentioned dividend payout date as June 11[th] 2021 i.e. 5[th] working day from the date of AGM which is not possible due to pandemic Covid 19. Hence the dividend payout date should be read as on or after June 11[th] 2021 instead of June 11[th] , 2021. The Communication is also sent to all the shareholders through email.
