TheManagement Board of Cl Games S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company")announces publicly sales results of Lords of the Fallen game, whoseglobal release took place on 13thOctober 2023.

TheManagement Board of the Company hereby informs that as of the date ofthis current report, i.e. on 23 October 2023, sales of Lords of theFallen have exceeded 1 mln copies.

Tomorrow(Tuesday,24thOctober 2023) the Company will issue a currentreport providing additional detail on the launch of Lords of the Fallenas well as hosting a webinar at 10 a.m. with Marek Tyminski, thecompany's CEO, and David Broderick, Vice Chairman of the Board.
