TheManagement Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company")informs that on December 12, 2023. TheCompany's Supervisory Board adopted Resolution on the selection of anaudit firm (statutory auditor) to audit and review the Company'sseparate financial statements and the consolidated financial statementsof the CI Games Group for the fiscal years 2024-2025 and conducting anevaluation the Management Board and Supervisory Board members'remuneration report for the years 2024-2025.

The entity elected bythe Company's Supervisory Board to undertake the aforementioned auditingservices is Grant Thornton Polska Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, with itsregistered office in Poznań. The elected entity is registered on thelist of entities authorized to audit financial statements underregistration number 4055.

In addition, theCompany's Supervisory Board authorized the Company's Management Board toenter into an appropriate agreement with Grant Thornton Polska ProstaSpółka Akcyjna for the audit and review of financial statements.

The audit firm wasselected after the Company's Supervisory Board reviewed therecommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company's SupervisoryBoard, prepared in accordance with the provisions of law and theCompany's internal regulations. The audit firm was selected inaccordance with the provisions of the Company's Statutes and theapplicable legal regulations.

The Company's ManagementBoard considered it reasonable to qualify this information asconfidential within the meaning of the provisions of Article 17 (1) ofthe MAR Regulation.
