The Management Board of CI Games, SE with itsregistered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on24 July 2023 the Company received a notification from attorney-at-factof the following Notifying Parties: Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCSbased in Luxembourg, Active Ownership Corporation S._#224;.r.l. based inLuxembourg, Active Ownership Capital S._#224;.r.l. based in Luxembourg,Active Ownership Advisors GmbH based in Frankfurt, Active OwnershipInvestments Ltd. based in Limassol, Mr. Florian Schuhbauer, ActiveOwnership LP based in Limassol, Active Ownership Management Ltd. basedin Limassol, and Mr. Klaus Röhrig (jointly the "NotifyingParties"), based on Article 69(2)(1)(a), Article 69a(1)(3) andArticle 69b(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering, the ConditionsGoverning the Introduction of Financial Instruments to OrganizedTrading, and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
