Current report number: 10/2022Date:16thMay 2022Legal basis:_#160;Art.70 section 1 of the Act on Public Offering - purchase or sale of majorstock packageSubject:Notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on Public OfferingTheManagement Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs in compliance with theobligation provided for in Art. 70 point 1 of the Act of 29thJuly 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the _quot;Act_quot;),on the receipt of a notification by the Company today i.e. on 16thMay 2022 from Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. basedin Warsaw (_quot;Rockbridge_quot;), acting on behalf of and for thebenefit of the investment funds it manages (_quot;Funds_quot;) in themanner specified in Art. 69 section 1 point 2 in connection with Art. 87section 1 point 2 lit. a) of the Act on reducing the share by the Fundsin the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company belowthe 5% threshold.Reducing the ownership ofthe total number of votes in the Company below the above-mentioned thethreshold took place as a result of the sale of 9,459,651 shares of theCompany by the Funds on 11thMay 2022 (the _quot;Transaction_quot;).Before the Transaction, the Funds held a total of 9,459,651 shares ofthe Company, which constituted 5.17% of the share capital and entitledto 9,459,651 votes at the Company's general meeting, and represented5.17% of the total number of votes in the Company. The transaction wassettled on 13thMay 2022. After the conclusion and settlementof the Transaction, the Funds do not hold any shares of the Company.
