The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informsin compliance with the obligation provided for in Art. 70 point 1 of theAct of 29thJuly 2005 on Public Offering, ConditionsGoverning the Introduction of Financial Instruments to OrganizedTrading, and Public Companies (the _quot;Act_quot;), on the receipt ofa notification by the Company today i.e. on 16thMay 2022from Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS with its seat in Luxembourg (_quot;AOF_quot;)pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 1) and Art. 69a section 1 point 3)of the Act on the acquisition of 18,659,651 shares of the Companyentitling to 18,659,651 votes at the general meeting of the Company,which constitutes 10.20% of the total number of shares and votes at thegeneral meeting of the Company.Directlybefore the acquisition, AOF held 7,182,788 shares of the Companyentitling to 7,182,788 votes at the general meeting of the Company,which then constituted 3.93% of the total number of shares and votes atthe general meeting of the Company.

After the acquisition, AOF directly holds 25,842,439shares of the Company entitling to 25,842,439 votes at the generalmeeting of the Company, which constitutes 14.13% of the total number ofshares and votes at the general meeting of the Company.
