Subject:List ofshareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at theExtraordinary General Meeting of CI Games S.A. convened for 31 January2023, continued after the adjournment on 8 February 2023

The Management Board of CI GamesS.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")hereby informs that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyconvened on 31 January 2023 ("EGM") until the adjournmentof the meeting, the shareholders holding more than 5% of the votes were:

1._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Mr. Marek Tymiński,who held 52_#160;663_#160;570 votes at the EGM based on 52_#160;663_#160;570 sharesheld. This constituted 58% of the number of votes at that EGM and 28,79 %of the total number of votes in the Company;

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;ACTIVE OWNERSHIPFUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held36_#160;618_#160;931 votes at the EGM based on 36 618_#160;931 shares held. Thisconstituted 40,33 % of the number of votes at that EGM and 20,02 % ofthe total number of votes in the Company.

Afterthe reopening of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 8 February 2023,the shareholders holding more than 5% of the votes were:

1._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Mr. Marek Tymiński,who held 52_#160;663_#160;570 votes at that EGM based on 52_#160;663_#160;570 sharesheld. This constituted 54,68% of the number of votes at that EGM and 28,79% of the total number of votes in the Company;

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;ACTIVE OWNERSHIPFUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held36_#160;618_#160;931 votes at that EGM based on 36 618_#160;931 shares held. Thisconstituted 38,02 % of the number of votes at that EGM and 20,02 % ofthe total number of votes in the Company.
