Subject:Resignation of members of the Management Board of CIGames SE

The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") hereby announces that today, Ms. KatarzynaSermanowicz-Giza and Mr. Cameron Sanders submitted their resignationsfrom their positions as Members of the Management Board of the Company,effective as of May 29, 2026. Ms. Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza and Mr.Cameron Sanders were appointed to the Management Board of the Company inconnection with the process of increasing the Company's share capital.Following the completion of this process, they submitted theirresignations from serving as members of the Management Board. At thesame time, they will continue their work for the Company and will remainresponsible for managing their respective departments.
