The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with aregistered office in Warsaw ("the Company"), in order toprovide the shareholders with the possibility of getting familiar withthe candidate prior to the next Extraordinary General Meeting of theCompany, hereby informs that on 31st_#160;August2022, the Company received a letter from the shareholder of the CompanyMr. Marek Tymiński, proposing appointment of Mr. Jeremy M J Lewis as amember of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The candidate has been submitted in association withconvening for 5thSeptember 2022 of the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company, of which the Company informed in the currentreport 20/2022.

Attached to this report is the recommendation ofcandidate for member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, statementsand a curriculum vitae.
