The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 1 September2022, in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of theCompany convened for 5 September 2022 (as per current report No. 20/2022on 8 August 2022), the agenda of which provides for the adoption of aresolution on the appointment of Members of the Administrative Board ofthe Company, the Company received a notification from an authorisedshareholder - Mr. Marek Tymiński, representing at least 5% of theCompany's share capital (_quot;Shareholder_quot;), about the submission ofcandidates for membership of the Administrative Board of the Company.

The Shareholder proposed that the AdministrativeBoard should include the current members Mr. David Broderick, Mr. MarcinGarliński, Mr. Adam Niewiński, Mr. Marek Tymiński and candidate Mr.Jeremy M J Lewis, who was_#160;proposedalready by the Shareholder on 31 August 2022 (as per_#160;currentreport No. 23/2022 on 31 August 2022). In the Opinion of theShareholder, the_#160;extensiveexperience, competences and professional successes possessed by thesecandidates is the justification for their election and appointment tothe Administrative Board of the Company. Mr. Marcin Garliński and Mr.Adam Niewiński were also members of the Supervisory Board of the Companyin 2021, when the Company reported record financial results.Professional CVs of the above-mentioned candidates, who are currentlymembers of the Company's bodies, can be found on the Company's website,in the section:https://www.cigames.com/relacje-inwestorskie/zarzad-i-rada-nadzorcza/.The CV of Jeremy M J Lewis was provided by the Company in current reportNo. 23/2022 on 31 August 2022.

All the candidates in question agreed to stand ascandidates for the Company's Administrative Board. According to thestatements made by the candidates, these persons do not conductactivities that would be competitive to the activities of the Company,they are not partners in a competitive civil law partnership,partnership or capital company, or a member of the body of anycompetitive legal entity.
