approval of the appointment of a board member

CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc.(headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857 – hereinafter referred to as Company – herby informs the Esteemed Investors that in the proceedings initiated at the Company's request, the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) by its Decision No H-EN-II-130/2025 dated 28 November 2025, authorised dr. Kozma Dávid to become a member of the Board of Directors.

The Company also informs capital market participants that the Company's subsidiary, CIG Pannónia Első Magyar Általános Biztosító Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11. B. ép., registration number: 01 10 046150) (EMABIT), has been authorized by the MNB, in its decision No. 2021 H-EN-II-131/2025 dated November 28, 2025, to employ Dr. Dávid Kozma as a member of the Board of Directors.
