TheManagement Board of the Issuer announces a change in the publicationdate of the consolidated quarterly report for the three quarters of2022, extended by the abbreviated separate statement, the publication ofwhich, as announced in current report No. 33/2022 of 25 August 2022, wasto take place on 30 November 2022.

Thechange in the timing of the publication of the consolidated quarterlyreport for the three quarters of 2022, extended by the abbreviatedseparate statement, is due to the need to have this report audited by anindependent auditor, in the process related to the advance payment ofthe dividend for 2022. The Issuer informed on the intention to pay anadvance payment for the dividend for the year 2022 in_#160;currentreport no. 32/2022 dated 25 August 2022.

The newpublication date for the consolidated quarterly report for the threequarters of 2022 extended by the abbreviated separate statement and theindependent auditor's report on the abbreviated separate statement ofCIECH S.A. audit was set for 29 November 2022.
