Subject:Dates ofsubmission of periodical reports in 2019

Text of the report:

CIECH S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") herebyannounces the dates of submission of periodical reports in 2019.

Quarterly reports:

·-a consolidated report for the firstquarter of 2019, extended by the abbreviated separate statement - on 28May 2019;

·-a consolidated report for the threequarters of 2019, extended by the abbreviated separate statement - on 19November 2019.

Semi-annual report:

·-a consolidated report for the firstsemi-annual period of 2019, extended by the semi-annual abbreviatedseparate statement - on 10 September 2019

Annual reports:

·-separate annual report for 2018 - on 26March 2019

·-consolidated annual report for 2018 -on 26 March 2019

Legal basis: § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationdelivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition ofinformation required under non-member state law regulations asequivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereinafter referred toas "the Regulation").

Moreover, the Issuer informs that:

·-the consolidated quarterly reports willbe extended to include the elements referred to in § 62 section 1 of theRegulation, accordingly, pursuant to this provision, no separateindividual quarterly reports will be published;

·-the consolidated semi-annual reportwill be extended to include the elements referred to in § 62 section 3of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant to this provision, no separateindividual semi-annual report will be published;

·-pursuant to § 62 section 6 of theRegulation, the annual management report on the activities of the Issuerand the annual management report on the activities of the Group will bedrawn up as a single document;

·-pursuant to § 79 section 2 of theRegulation, no quarterly report or consolidated quarterly report for thelast quarter of 2018 and for Q2 2019 will be published.
