The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Company" or "Issuer") in reference toCurrent Report No. 24/2019 dated 27 June 2019, in which it reported theneed to create a provision for tax liabilities, interest and awrite-down of deferred tax assets, provides an information on theadjustment of the Annual Report of CIECH SA. for 2018 and ConsolidatedAnnual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018.

As part of the Consolidated Annual Report of theCIECH Group for 2018, changes were introduced to:(i) selectedfinancial data, (ii) Consolidated financial statements of the CIECHGroup for 2018 and (iii) Management Board Report on activities of theCIECH Group and CIECH S.A. for 2018. The scope of changes is describedin the attachment to this report.

Due to the changes made to selected financial dataand the above-mentioned statements, the following documents, forming apart of the Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018, wereprepared again:

1)CIECHGroup Independent Registered Auditor's Report on the audit ofconsolidated financial statements of the CIECH Group for 2018,

2)assessmentby the Supervisory Board of CIECH S.A. of the Management Board Report onactivities of the CIECH Group and CIECH S.A. in 2018, the Financialstatements of CIECH S.A.for 2018 and the Consolidated financialstatements of the CIECH Groupfor 2018,

3)representationof the Supervisory Board on the Audit Committee and on the policy forselection of an audit firm,

4)informationfrom the Management Board of CIECH S.A. prepared on the basis of therepresentation of the Supervisory Board of CIECH S.A. on the qualifiedauditor of financial statements.

Due to the form of preparing of the Management BoardReport on activities of the CIECH Group and CIECH S.A. for 2018 anddocuments indicated in points 2 - 4, these documents are at the sametime an element of the Annual Report of CIECH S.A. for 2018. Therefore,the Annual Report of CIECH S.A. for 2018 is corrected in the partconcerning documents indicated in the sentence above.

The company will submit the adjusted Annual Report ofCIECH S.A. for 2018 and Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Groupfor 2018 with all attachments.
