Contents of the Report:

In reference to current report no. 37/2016 of18.11.2016, the Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registeredoffice in Warsaw (the "Issuer" or the "Company") hereby informs that on27.11.2018, a subsidiary of the Issuer - CIECH Soda Romania S.A. basedin Romania ("CSR"), entered into an annex (the "Annex") to an agreementfor the supply of process steam (the "Agreement") with S.C. CET GovoraS.A. in composition bankruptcy based in Romania ("CET").

Pursuant to the Annex, the Parties extended thedeadline for the completion of negotiations related to the determinationof the price formula for the supply of process steam until 31 December2018.

Pursuant to the Agreement, which was notified by theIssuer on 18.11.2016 in current report no. 37/2016 on November 18, 2016,the Parties agreed that the price of the steam for 2019-2026 will bedetermined based on the price formula, as a result of negotiations, onor before 01.12.2018. In the event of failure to determine the priceformula on or before 01.12.2018, the Parties provided for thetermination of the Agreement by law as of 01.01.2019.
