TheManagement Board of Ciech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot; or the _quot;Issuer_quot;), hereby informs, that on April 21, 2023Company received from a shareholder - KI Chemistry S._#225; r.l. with itsregistered office in Luxembourg (the _quot;Shareholder_quot;) and the followingparent entities of the Shareholder, ie. Mr. Sebastian Kulczyk, LuglioLimited (_quot;Luglio_quot;) and Kulczyk Investments S.A. (_quot;Parent Entities_quot;) anotifications submitted pursuant to Article 69 and 69a in conjunctionArticle 69 section 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering,Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganized Trading, and Public Companies ("Act on Public Offering"), onthe direct acquisition by the Shareholder and indirect acquisitions bythe Parent Entities of3,729,852sharesin the Company, representing approximately7,08%ofthe Company's share capital.

Beforethe acquisition, the Shareholder held directly, and the Parent Entitiesindirectly, owned 26,952,052, shares in the Company, representing 51.14%of the Company's share capital; after the acquisition, the Shareholderholds up to 30,681,904 shares, which constitutes approximately 58.22% ofthe Company's share capital.

Theshares in the Company held by the Shareholder entitle to exercise atotal of 30,681,904 votes at the Company's General Meeting, whichaccounts for approximately 58.22% of the total number of votes at theGeneral Meeting.
