Estimated consolidated EBITDA(N) of the CECH Group for Q1 2022 amounted to approx. PLN 225-235 million and consolidated sales revenues were around PLN 1 200 - 1 250 million.
The 2022 Forecast assumes consolidated EBITDA(N) in the amount of PLN 740 - 780 million and consolidated sales revenues at the level of PLN 4 300 - 4 500 million.
The forecast was prepared based on the current market, operational and financial situation of the CIECH Group.
In the event of a significant change in the Forecasted Results, the Management Board of the Issuer will provide such information to the public in the form of a current report.
The final, consolidated results of the CIECH Group for Q1 2022 will be published on 19 May 2022.
