(_quot;Company_quot; or _quot;Issuer_quot;)informs that on December 19, 2023, the Issuer received from theCompany's Shareholder - KI Chemistry S._#224; r.l. with its registered officein Luxembourg, i.e. from a person closely related to the persondischarging managerial responsibilities, i.e. the Chairman of theSupervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Sebastian Kulczyk, thenotification submitted pursuant to art. 19 sec. 1 in connection with 19sec. 7 lit. a) Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council(EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation - _#8216;MAR') andrepealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of theCouncil and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the European Union of 2014, L 173/1, asamended) on establishing a financial pledge on the Company's shares.
