Ciech S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2019

The management board of "CIECH"S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")refers to current report No. 13/2019 of 18 April 2019, in which theCompany announced,inter alia, the conclusion of revolving creditfacilities agreements with (i) Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (for acredit amount of up to PLN 300,000,000), (ii) BNP Paribas Bank PolskaS.A. (for a credit amount of up to PLN 92,787,500), and (iii) Banco deSabadell S.A., London Branch (for a credit amount of up to EUR25,000,000) (jointly, the "Credit Facilities Agreements"),and announces that, on 7 May 2019, the conditions precedent to thedrawdown of the above credit facilities have been satisfied;consequently, from this date on, the Company may draw down the fundsmade available to the Company under the Credit Facilities Agreements.
