TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A. (the "Company") informs that on January31, 2023 Mr. Mirosław Skowron - a Member of the Management Board ofCIECH S.A. submitted his resignation from the function of the ManagementBoard of the Company with immediate effect, without giving reasons forthe resignation.
