The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the "Company")informs that on 5 December 2018, the Supervisory Board appointed MrDawid Jakubowicz to the office of the President of the Management Boardwith effect as of 5 December 2018.

Mr Dawid Jakubowicz has the following experience andeducation:

Member of the Management Board of Kulczyk InvestmentsS.A., in which, since 2010, he has been supervising the investmentportfolio. He is a valued expert with international operationalexperience in building the value of companies from the chemical, mining,energy, automotive and new technologies sectors. Since 2014, he has beenentered on the list of Statutory Auditors maintained by the PolishChamber of Statutory Auditors. He was a member of the Supervisory Boardof CIECH S.A. until 5 December 2018. In the past, he worked for aninternational company, KPMG Audyt, where he was responsible for auditingindividual and consolidated financial statements of entities fromnumerous industries.

He completed the Program for Leadership Development(PLD) at Harvard Business School, Boston; he holds the MBA degree fromGeorgia State University and the University of Economics, Poznań. Agraduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics inPoznań.

According to the declaration submitted by Mr DawidJakubowicz, he does not conduct any activity in competition to CIECHS.A.; he does not participate in any company which competes with CIECHS.A., as a partner in a registered partnership, general partnership, oras a member of a governing body of a company having a share capital, oras a member of a governing body of another competitive legal person. Hehas not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedunder the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
