TheManagement Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") announcesthat the Supervisory Board, upon review and evaluation of a motion ofthe Management Board of the Company, expressed in the resolution of 20March 2017, regarding the allocation of the net profit generated by theCompany in 2016, adopted, on 24.05.2017, a resolution on recommendationto the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company of allocation of the wholenet profit of the Company for 2016, to the value of PLN152,439,960.97(one hundred fifty-two million four hundred thirty-nine thousand ninehundred sixty and 97/100), to the supplementary capital of the Company.

TheIssuer announced the adoption by the Management Board of the Issuer ofresolution regarding the proposal of distribution of the net profit ofthe Issuer for the financial year 2016 in current report no. 5/2017 of20 March 2017.
