("the Issuer" or"the Company") announces that on 22 June 2017, the Ordinary (Annual)Shareholders' Meeting adopted a resolution on allocation of the wholenet profit of the Company for 2016, to the value of PLN 152,439,960.97(one hundred fifty-two million four hundred thirty-nine thousand ninehundred sixty and 97/100), to the supplementary capital of the Company.
