The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Company"),hereby presents  a list of shareholders who, at the Ordinary (Annual)Shareholders' Meeting of the Company ("the Shareholders' Meeting"), heldon 22 June 2017, held at least 5% of votes, with the specification ofthe number of votes vested in each of them in connection with theirshareholding, as well as an indication of their percentage share in thenumber of votes at such Shareholders' Meeting and in a total number ofvotes.

KI Chemistry S.À.R.L - 26,952,052 shares and votes, ashare in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting - 67,05%, ashare in a total number of votes - 51.14%.

Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny -2,500,000 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at theShareholders' Meeting - 6,22%, a share in a total number of votes -4,74%.

PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ParasolowySubfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek - 2,643,393 shares and votes,a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting - 6,58%, ashare in a total number of votes - 5.02%.
