The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Company"),hereby presents  a list of shareholders who, at the ExtraordinaryShareholders' Meeting of the Company ("the Shareholders' Meeting"), heldon 18 December 2017, held at least 5% of votes, with the specificationof the number of votes vested in each of them in connection with theirshareholding, as well as an indication of their percentage share in thenumber of votes at such Shareholders' Meeting and in a total number ofvotes.

KI Chemistry S.À.R.L - 26,952,052 shares and votes, ashare in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting - 75.32%, ashare in a total number of votes - 51.14%.

PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ParasolowySubfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek - 2,106,702 shares and votes,a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting - 5.89%, ashare in a total number of votes - 3.99%.

PZU SFIO UNIVERSUM- 2,223,598 shares and votes, ashare in the number of votes at the hareholders' Meeting - 6.21%, ashare in a total number of votes - 4.22%
