Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) signs two acquisitions in Norway for EUR 13.4m

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) has signed the acquisitions of two grocery stores in two separate transactions in Norway for EUR 13.4m. The transactions are targeted to close on December 23.

The assets are located in Stavanger on the west coast and in Rognan in the Saltdal region and have a lettable area of around 5,400 sqm. The Properties are fully let with Norgesgruppen and Rema1000 as anchor tenants on long-term lease agreements.
