CIAK Grupa d.d. (hereinafter: the "Issuer") informs that it has received a notification from Mr. Ivan Leko, President of the Management Board, about the acquisition of the Issuer's shares.

Mr. Ivan Leko acquired 2.962 regular shares of the Issuer, as on January, 09, 2026, ticker symbol CIAK-R-A, which represents 0.01% of the share equity of the Issuer.

After execution of this transfer transaction, Mr. Ivan Leko owns in total 10.018.289 shares of the Issuer which represents 50,72% of the share equity of the Issuer and the same amount of the votes at General Assembly.
