SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of China Ground Source Energy Limited (“the Company”), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 12 April 2012 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a subscription of shares of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises Ms. Chan Wai Kay, Katherine, Mr. Xu Shengheng and Mr. Wu Shu Min as executive Directors, Mr. Fu Hui Zhong and Ms. Luk Hoi Man as non-executive Directors, Mr. Jia Wenzeng, Mr. Paul Chow Wan Hoi and Mr. Wu Desheng as independent non-executive Directors.
