SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of China Ground Source Energy Limited (the “Company”), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended with effect from 1:00 p.m. on 27 December 2012 pending the release of an announcement disclosing price sensitive information in relation to its successful bidding of a piece of land in mainland China, and such acquisition of land will constitute a very substantial acquisition of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises Mr. Zheng Qiyu, Ms. Chan Wai Kay, Katherine and Mr. Xu Shengheng as executive Directors, Ms. Wu Xiaohua, Ms. Xu Genghong and Mr. Zang Yiran as non-executive Directors, Mr. Jia Wenzeng, Mr. Wu Desheng and Mr. Hu Zhaoguang as independent non-executive Directors.
