Churchill China plc (the "Company")

Transactions in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it bought back 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 28 June 2016 at a price of 705 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in Treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds a total of 75,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company notifies the market of the following:

The Company's total issued share capital is 11,030,172 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights is 10,955,172.

The above figure of 10,955,172 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
