Churchill China plc (the "Company")

Transactions in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it bought back the following ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 780 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in Treasury.  The Company bought 30,000 Ordinary Shares and 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 26 May 2016 and 27 May 2016, respectively.

Following the above transactions, the Company holds a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company notifies the market of the following:

The Company's total issued share capital is 11,030,172 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights is 10,980,172.

The above figure of 10,980,172 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
