Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting are today being posted to shareholders.
