NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

Churchill China plc (AIM:CHH), the manufacturer and distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets worldwide, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 on Wednesday 27 August 2014.
