NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

For the year ended 31 December 2012

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on Tuesday 26 March 2013.
