The Company was notified today that Andrew Roper, Non-Executive Director of the Company, today sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £6.65 per share.

Following the transaction Andrew Roper is beneficially interested in 637,430 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.8% of the voting share capital of the Company.
