Churchill China plc (the' Company') was notified on 1 April 2015 that David Taylor, Finance Director of the Company, bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 31 March 2015 at a price of £5.50 per share.

Following the transaction David Taylor is beneficially interested in 21,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the voting share capital of the Company.
