Churchill China plc (the' Company') was notified on 23 October 2014 that Andrew Roper, a non executive Director, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 23 October 2014 at a price of £5.40 per share.

Following the transaction Andrew Roper's beneficial holding is 642,430 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.9% of the voting share capital of the Company.
