DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Churchill China plc (the' Company') was  notified on 19 May 2014 that Valerie Hynes , wife of Brendan Hynes, a non executive Director, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('ordinary shares') on 19 May 2014 at a price of 495p per share.

As a result of this transaction Brendan Hynes has a beneficial interest in 4,000 ordinary shares,  representing  0.04% of the voting share capital of the Company.
