FULL YEAR TRADING UPDATE

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, is pleased to announce the following trading update for the year to 31 December 2014.

Trading in the Company's Hospitality business over the important fourth quarter has exceeded management expectations, notably in the key month of December. The Board expects that operating performance will be ahead of current market estimates and significantly ahead of 2013.

The Company expects to announce its preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2014 on 26 March 2015.
