Director/PDMR Shareholding
Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, was notified on 12 December 2020 that, on 11 December 2020, the following Directors bought and sold ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
· David O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 4,850 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,340 pence per Ordinary Share.
· David Taylor, Finance Director, sold 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,272 pence per Ordinary Share.
· James Roper, Sales and Marketing Director, sold 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,272 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, David O'Connor's total shareholding in the Company is 37,963 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.34 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, David Taylor's total shareholding in the Company is 59,555 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.54 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital and James Roper's total shareholding in the Company is 1,000,3835 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.11 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
