Churchill China plc (the' Company') was notified on 8 October 2014 that Andrew Roper, a non executive Director, transferred 32,430 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') from his current holding into an ISA in his own name on 7 October 2014 at a price of 521p per share.

Andrew Roper's total holding remains at 662,430 ordinary shares, representing 6.1% of the voting share capital of the Company.
