Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 20 October 2015 it bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 665 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in Treasury. Following the above transaction the Company holds 11,900 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's total issued share capital is now 11,008,130 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights is 10,996,230.

The above figure of 10,996,230 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
