Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 28 June 2013 it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 340 pence per Ordinary Share, to be held in Treasury. Following the above transaction the Company holds 12,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The Company's total issued share capital is now 10,957,976 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 10,945,976.
