Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Further to our announcement on 26 May 2016, Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets worldwide is pleased to confirm the appointment today of Angela Bromfield as a non executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Angela will chair the Company's Remuneration Committee.
