Board Changes

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets worldwide, is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board.

Jonathan Morgan, who has served as a Non Executive Director for nine years, has retired from the Board. The Board would like to thank Jonathan for his hard work and tremendous contribution to the development of Churchill over the period of his involvement with the business.

Jonathan will be succeeded as a Non Executive Director by Angela Bromfield. Angela has extensive executive experience at a number of major listed companies including ICI plc, Premier Farnell plc, Anglo American plc and most recently as Strategic Marketing and Communications Director at Morgan Sindall plc. She is currently a Non Executive Director of Zotefoams plc and will be Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Churchill.

Angela Claire Bromfield (formerly Walker, née Fletcher), aged 53,  holds no ordinary shares in the Company and has been a Director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:
