APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Churchill China plc (AIM:CHH), the manufacturer and distributor of performance ceramic and related products to  hospitality and retail markets worldwide is pleased to announce the appointment of James Andrew Roper (aged 38) to the Board as Sales and Marketing Director.  James Roper has worked for Churchill in a number of sales and marketing roles since 2001 and has been a member of the senior management team since 2009.

There are no other disclosures required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules in respect of James Roper.
