BOARD CHANGES

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets is pleased to confirm the appointment of David O'Connor as Chief Executive with immediate effect.

As announced in the Preliminary Results Statement, Andrew Roper will today retire as Chief Executive Officer after over 40 years service to the Group in a variety of senior executive roles including seven years as Chief Executive. He will remain a member of the Board in a Non Executive capacity.  It is difficult to overstate the role that Andrew has played in the development, culture and success of the Churchill business. The Board wishes to thank him for his work and support across many years.

David O'Connor, joined the Board in 1999 and has been Chief Operating Officer since 2010. David has worked for Churchill across several functions since joining the Group in 1991. He has been closely involved in both the development and implementation of the Group's current strategy. The Board wishes David every success.
